With Cindy, you will find an experienced Permanent Make-up Artist, whose skills are far beyond that of your ordinary technician. A former Spa Salon owner is a credentialed, committed, make-up artist whose work is fully insured.

Cindy has been making people look and feel more beautiful for over 41 years, and decided to specialize in Permanent Make-up after her own treatment more than a decade ago. “I love to help others see themselves in a more beautiful light,” she says. “Whether my client needs a soft  eyeliner or feathery hair strokes to make a natural brow line, I can give her a better version of herself. My goal is to enhance, not change, your natural beauty.
